Dr. Adel Nada
Clinical director, physical therapist and lead for rehabilitation for children with disabilities
Dr. Adel is an American board-certified physical therapist. He trained at Cairo University and spent 28 years practising and leading therapy teams in the United States, where he is licensed in Indiana and New York.
His work has covered outpatient and inpatient rehab, home health, skilled nursing and occupational medicine. Most recently he was Physical Therapy Director at Concentra Medical Centers, running the clinic's rehabilitation for injured workers while keeping his own caseload. Before that he spent eight years as a therapy director with American Senior Communities in Indiana.
He received the Cheryl Atwood Caregiver of the Year Award from the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care in 2016, and was named American Senior Communities' Director of Therapy of the Year for new directors in 2019.
Now back in Cairo, he brings that standard to MoveWell: a careful assessment, a plan that fits your daily life, and the same attention for every patient. He also leads rehabilitation for children with disabilities, working with each child and their family on goals that help in everyday life.
Movement is medicine. My job is to help you trust your body again.

Before your first visit
What happens at my first visit?
We start by understanding your needs and finding the right service. Physical therapy begins with a 20-minute movement and pain assessment. For nutrition or your child's rehabilitation, we arrange your visit with Dr. Esraa or Dr. Adel as appropriate.
Who handles nutrition appointments?
Dr. Esraa leads nutrition and weight management. She discusses your eating habits, routine and goals, then works with you on a practical plan and follow-ups.
Do you offer rehabilitation for children with disabilities?
Yes, with Dr. Adel Nada. We assess your child's movement and needs, then agree on suitable goals with your family. Tell us your child's age and needs when booking, and bring any medical reports to the visit.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book with us directly. If you have scans or medical reports, bring them along. They help.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your insurance provider and we'll confirm your coverage before your visit.
Can I see a female therapist?
Yes. Just mention it when you book and we'll arrange it.
How much does a session cost?
It depends on your treatment plan. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you current prices. We reply within an hour during opening hours.
How do I book?
Tap any Book button to open a WhatsApp chat with us, or call the clinic. We'll find a time that suits you.
